January Baseball Pitchers and Catchers Clinic

Pitchers and catchers, it’s time to “start your engines!”  These 4 Tuesday sessions will get your winter workouts off on the right foot.  Our staff will conduct a review of basic mechanics and correct any flaws or problems.  Pitchers will work on grip, windup, delivery, ball movement, pitch placement, and pitch variety.  Catchers will work on setup, position, catching and blocking mechanics and pitch calling/selection.

February Baseball Hitting Clinic

Swing into gear for the upcoming season!  Our instructional staff will conduct a review of basic grip, stance, and swing to correct any flaws or problems.  We will work on perfecting mechanics for a smooth, level, and consistent swing and cover the most important points on hitting.

March Youth Coaching Clinic

This 2-session coach’s clinic is specially designed by our staff to assist youth team coaches in formulating productive practice sessions.  It will include instructional techniques, effective drills, and tips on getting the most out of indoor sessions.

May Sunday Mid-Season Hitting Clinic (2 sessions)
